Overview: Liven It Up Events has produced Embarc’s annual gala for four consecutive years, designing a high-impact experience for 600 guests. The 2024 event featured aerial performances, live brand activations, interactive food and beverage stations, immersive décor, and dynamic stage entertainment—all integrated into a thoughtful layout and run of show.
