FULL-SERVICE: THE WEDDING WEEKEND
The Full-Service Planning, The Wedding Weekend, package is perfect for the couple or family who needs assistance creating and producing the wedding day from start to finish. We also include all of the other events happening that weekend including the rehearsal dinner and the farewell brunch.
Couples who work with us at this level are still involved in the decision-making process. It becomes collaborative where we learn what you are looking to create and our team offers you options and a creative plan to make that happen. We are with you every step of the way during the planning process and this helps you make the best, most informed decisions along the way.
Once your wedding date is set, we help work to secure your vendors. This can include:
- Caterer or working with the on-site team to confirm food and beverage needs.
- Décor & Design.
- Entertainment which includes a deejay, band, and/or live music for the ceremony.
- Photographer.
- Videographer.
- Wedding cake or bakery for dessert stations.
We help with...
- Coordinating the design of the wedding day stationery items.
- Securing a hotel room block.
- Schedule the wedding day transportation and/or valet.
- Hiring an officiant.
- Securing a hair and makeup team.
- Tracking your guest's RSVPs.
- Coordinate the hotel welcome bags.
And with other weekend events...
- Plan and coordinate the rehearsal dinner.
- Coordinate and plan the farewell brunch the day after the wedding.

- Review all vendor contracts.
- Manage vendor relations.
- Track vendor payments.
- Provide ongoing e-mail support, phone, and face-to-face meetings as needed.
- Help to design the ceremony processional.
- Design the floor plans.
- Create a detailed wedding day timeline.
- Schedule a final walk-through at the venue before the wedding.
- Reconfirm with all of the vendors.
- Attend the ceremony rehearsal. (and run the rehearsal if need be!)
- 12 hours of coverage on the day of the wedding with your Planner and an Event Producer.
