Liven It Up Events works with our clients from concept to inception for their event. If you are looking for a “one stop shop” where our event team can work with you to create the event, start to finish, we are here to help. Here’s how it works for us to get what you want.


The Planning Process

First, we need to meet to understand the event and learn a few things. Let’s get the basics.

  • What type of event are you planning?
  • What is the objective or the goals for the event?
  • What would you like to see happen from hosting the event?

From there, we will look to understand all of the elements that are necessary to create the event. This can include any of the following.

From there, we design the event, pulling together a cohesive on brand using all of the items above to make the event feel cohesive. Once the entire event is conceived, you will have a full event proposal with all of the elements that you require for the event.


Preparing for the Event Day

We can change or modify those event elements as need and then of course, base your final event proposal all on the final guest count. Before going into full production, we will of course produce...

  • An Event Day Time Line
  • Crafting a Floor Plan
  • Confirming Set-Up timing and Element Placement
  • Configuring the Timing and Happenings of the Actual Event
  • Strike and Tear Down Procedures


Week of the Event

Once we get to the week of the event, we do all of our final confirmations with you and your team and prepare for the event.


The Day(s) of the Event

Our team is then there for the build out of the event from start to finish and onsite to manage and oversee the event execution to make sure the plan is executed. We will be onsite to oversee:

  • Set-Up of all Event Elements (this includes a multi-day set-up)
  • Arrival of all event teams
  • Event and Time Line Management
  • Producing a Quality Guest Experience
  • Overseeing the Strike of the Event
