How To Ask Someone to be in Your Wedding Party
April 19, 2012

This upload gives you a few ways to ask someone to be in your wedding party as well as ways to avoid asking someone to be in your wedding party. My thoughts on how to do this were….

  1. If it is someone who does not live here, make a phone call or Skype each other to ask him or her.
  2. Throw a cocktail part at your home and invite only those who you will want in your party and ask everyone at the same time.
  3. Hand write a letter to her/him to be in your wedding party. Make sure that you explain to them why you would like them to be by your side on your big day!

Thanks again for watching our BLOG! It is some much fun to get your questions and answer them for you!

Keep watching in the next couple of weeks there will be more than just me sitting at my desk answering your questions! I will be going out into the field, talking with more wedding vendors about different topics about wedding planning!

Until next time!

A Question of Wedding Etiquette on Asking Someone to Stand Up In Your Wedding
April 17, 2012

The question that was asked is how to you handle not asking someone who has asked you to be in his or her wedding when you do not want to have them in your wedding. I weigh in on a more personal level and then checked in with Emily Post and was SHOCKED at what she had to say about this!

Check out the video and don’t forget to ask your questions at Facebook ( or Twitter ( or e-mail us through our website at
